Do I need an appointment to visit the Welcome Center?
No appointment is required, walk-ins are always welcome! If you’d like dedicated time to tour available homes or begin your homebuilding journey, we do recommend scheduling an appointment. Once you share your information, Victoria will personally reach out within 24 hours to connect and find a time that works best for you.
What can I expect during a visit to the Welcome Center?
During your visit, you will be warmly greeted by one of our New Home Specialists, tour our model homes, explore our variety of home plans, and have an open conversation about your home needs, lifestyle, and vision.
Do I need to have plans or a budget before reaching out?
Not at all. Many of our homeowners start with just an idea or a few questions. We’re here to help you explore options, understand the process, and gain clarity, whether you’re just beginning or already have details in mind.

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. We understand schedules and locations vary, so we offer virtual appointments to make the process as convenient as possible. Whether you’re local or out of town, we can connect in a way that works best for you.
How long does the homebuilding process typically take?
While timelines can vary based on home design, selections, and site conditions, most homes take between 6-9 months to complete from start to finish. During your visit, we’ll walk you through the process and provide a clear, realistic timeline so you know what to expect along the way.
Do you help with land selection and do you build outside of the F-M Area?
Yes and yes! We can help you evaluate available land and also offer homesites in our communities or around the region. If you already own land or are considering purchasing, our team can guide you through the next steps. We also build up to 1 hour outside of the F-M area, connect with us to learn more!
