We invite you to join us to celebrate the Grand Opening of SunSet Valley!
From all of us at Heritage Homes, we invite you to celebrate the Grand Opening of SunSet Valley, our newest boutique community in Horace, on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 from 5:00–8:00pm.
SunSet Valley brings together two distinct boutique communities in one connected neighborhood. The Heritage Homes side offers single-family homes with room for growing and evolving households, while The Ranch at SunSet Valley features main-level living popular among 55+ adults and for those looking to simplify while staying active, connected, and close to the people and places they love.
“SunSet Valley represents so much of what we believe a community can be,” said Tyrone Leslie, President of Heritage Homes. “It’s not only about building beautiful homes. It’s about creating a place where people can connect with their neighbors, enjoy where they live and find a home that fits the chapter of life they’re in.”
As Horace and the Fargo-Moorhead region continue to grow, SunSet Valley creates opportunities for connection beyond the front door of a home. Community amenities, walking paths, green spaces and gathering areas were intentionally designed to bring neighbors together and create a place residents can truly feel part of.
The Grand Opening will bring that experience to life throughout both sides of SunSet Valley. Guests can tour five professionally designed model homes, explore community amenities, enjoy food and refreshments, live music and family-friendly activities, and meet the Heritage Homes team and local community partners. Guests can also meet some furry friends from the 4 Luv of Dog Rescue and support them in their September supply drive benefiting the organization.
Stay connected on Facebook and RSVP today to celebrate this exciting milestone for Heritage Homes and the growing community of Horace.
